Budget-Friendly Holiday Decor Finds for a Cozy Holiday Season
It’s the most wonderful time of the year and I am so excited for all of the multi-colored holiday lights, the Christmas music, and all of the coziness of drinking hot drinks under layered blankets. I am not a huge fan of winter, but the holiday season often fills me with so much jubilance that it makes me look forward to it.
This year, perhaps because it is our first holiday season as parents, I’ve been really leaning into the whole idea of “the magic of the holidays.” So much of my childhood growing up during the holidays is full of memories of us decorating the tree while my dad put up the outdoor decorations, baking cookies and singing “This Christmas” while opening up presents. It’s the warm feeling that I look forward to every year and hope to cultivate with our own family.
As a result, I’ve been slowly building up our holiday decor, traditions, and brainstorming some little projects around the house that I want to work on in the next few years.
